Iyonna Codd, who recently completed her junior year at Las Vegas Centennial High and representing Nevada Track Club, placed second in the women's 17-18 division 100-meter final by an 11.762 to 11.768 margin against Braelyn Baker of Redmond Sprint Club and Bear Creek High in Washington at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Codd also finished fourth in the 17-18 division 200-meter final in a wind-aided 23.82 seconds.
